Because Vetericyn works with veterinarians, all of our products can be accompanied by proper user advice. In addition, our veterinarians can handle customer questions about the products and give advice on which product is best to choose in a particular situation. Our veterinarians can also advise not to choose a certain product, but for example first have his or her pet checked by the own veterinarian before an owner decides to self-medicate.

Of course, we have limitations when our veterinarians give advice over the phone or by email. Fortunately, in many cases we can help you, but in some cases it will be necessary for an animal to be seen by its own veterinarian first. We will certainly advise this.
